Delete your account
Last updated:
You can delete your Aurelia account and all data linked to it at any time — in the app, or from this page without installing the app again.
In the app
- Open Aurelia and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account at the bottom, read what will be deleted and tapDelete account.
- Confirm with Yes, delete everything (if you signed in with Apple, Apple asks you to confirm too). Your data is deleted right away, and the app forgets everything on your phone.
Without the app
Write to us from the email address you signed in with (if you used Apple’s “Hide My Email”, from that relay address, or tell us the address). We confirm and delete your account within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in
- Your birth details, your chart, your circle and the people in it
- Your readings, portrait, areas of life and chat history
- Your feedback on texts and messages to support
- Your settings, consents and analytics choice
What may remain for a while
- Error reports and server logs, which never contain your birth details, until our providers remove them on their usual schedule.
- A record that an account was deleted at its owner’s request: the date, how many items were removed, the app version and platform. It holds no name, email or birth details, and not even your account id — only a one-way code made from it.
- Database backups, until they expire on our provider’s schedule.
- Records the law requires us to keep, if any.
