Common questions
I don’t know my birth time.
Choose “I don’t know” — Aurelia uses a solar chart and tells you what it can’t show (your rising sign and houses). You can add the time later in Settings; your chart and texts update.
How do I change my birth details or language?
In Settings. Your chart and readings are recalculated and rewritten for the new details.
A text feels wrong.
Tap “How is this text?” under it and tell us what’s off — or write to us. Readings come from your calculated chart, and your feedback helps us make the words better.
How do I cancel or get a refund for Premium?
Subscriptions are managed by your store. iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Refunds:Apple orGoogle Play. Deleting the app doesn’t cancel a subscription.
How do I delete my account?
